The Memorial tells Chen Yun’s status and role in the CPC’s history. He was a great proletarian revolutionist, a statesman, an outstanding Marxist, an important pioneer and founder of socialist economic construction of China, a long-tested CPC member and an excellent leader of the country. Devoted to the liberation of the Chinese people and the cause of socialist construction for over 70years, Chen had made remarkable achievements, which will be enshrined into China’s history.
