Part I   The Period of New-Democratic Revolution (1919-1949)

During the period of the New-Democratic Revolution, the CPC always focused on maintaining the Party's progressiveness while striving for survival and development for the sake of national independence and people’s liberation. Facing rapid development of the revolution and new conditions that kept emerging, the CPC established and improved the inner-Party supervision institution in a timely manner, focused on establishing and perfecting supervision mechanism, and made unceasing efforts to explore new ways and methods for anti-corruption and upholding integrity. This is how the Party provided reliable support for the CPC’s development and expansion as well as the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
