Receipt of Yu Ruomu’s Salary Refund

From June 1959 to September 1960, Yu Ruomu was accompanying Comrade Chen Yun for his recuperation. Learning that Yu’s work unit paid her the salary of that period, Chen said “You didn’t go to work because of taking care of me, so you should not take the salary. You shall return the salary to the country.”

The work unit issued the receipt on receiving Yu’s refund, specifying that “Yu Ruomu has returned the salary of the period from June 1959 to September 1960”.
